The meeting rooms at Villa Székely Tréningház
Each of the meeting rooms at Villa Székely have natural light and breath-stealing views of the surrounding garden and countryside. The rooms can be configured however you like, whether classroom-style for training, cabaret-fashion for team brainstorming, or laid out for board meetings or presentations. Coffee breaks – the most important element of any meeting – are usually served in our cosy lobby but we are happy to provide coffee breaks within the meeting room itself. In addition to the indoor rooms, our covered terrace with a grand view of the Danube, as well as the spacious garden are also available to the group.
The meeting rooms are equipped with flipcharts and pens, built-in projector, screen, whiteboard and wireless internet. Upon request we provide a DVD player, amplifier, laptop computer, photocopying, mobile microphone, laser pointer or presenter. For high tech trainers we also have an easy-to-use eBeam® Edge Projection interactive unit, consisting of a portable interactive receiver unit, an interactive pen and the board software. Just bring your presentation on a laptop or pen-drive and our staff will set up the unit for you.
An excellent accessory for outdoor activities are our 10 Garmin Dakota outdoor navigators. Upon request we can also organise guided trips and hikes, as well as geocaching.
We guarantee exclusive use for groups booking 10 or more rooms. This allows for an intimate setting and also enables highly confidential or sensitive meetings but it is also useful when a team parties together until the wee hours of the morning. Our staff act as true hosts and strive to fulfil the participants’ every wish, including unlimited coffee, tea, mineral water, soft drinks and biscuits during coffee breaks and individually tailored meals.
Evening activities: wellness (sauna, Jacuzzi), billiard, darts, poker, ping-pong table, cooking session, wide selection of drinks, no closing time, bar can stay open all night.
